Store Operations Manager – E-Commerce (IT Hardware)

About the Role

Tech Guru Store (techgurustore.in) is the e‑commerce arm of Tech Guru IT Solutions, Nehru Place, New Delhi. We sell laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV and licensed software online in four graded conditions — Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished and Used — to businesses and individual customers across India. We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to own everything that happens after a customer places an order. This is the most senior operations role in the business and reports directly to the Founder, with five direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the order‑to‑dispatch SLA and run the daily open‑order board; target 95%+ same‑day dispatch for orders confirmed before 15:00.
• Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and counter — cycle counts, adjustments and serial‑number discipline; target 99%+ accuracy.
• Lead a team of five covering procurement, QC and refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch, customer support and returns.
• Approve inventory adjustments, credit notes and refunds within authority limits.
• Manage courier partner performance: cost per shipment, transit time, RTO and damage rates.
• Reconcile Zoho Commerce orders against Zoho Inventory daily, and Zoho Inventory against Zoho Books monthly.
• Write and maintain the SOP handbook for every operations and support process.

Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of experience in e‑commerce operations (minimum 2 years managing a team).
• Personally owned a dispatch SLA and an inventory accuracy number; able to quote last figures.
• Experience with serialised, high‑value stock is a strong advantage.
• Mandatory key skills: E‑commerce Operations, Inventory Management, Order Fulfilment, Zoho Inventory (or Unicommerce / Increff / Tally), Team Management, Dispatch & Logistics, Vendor Coordination, Serial‑number level stock tracking.
