About the Role

We are looking for experienced Stripe Specialists to complete and document realistic payment processing, billing, and financial operations workflows within Stripe.

You’ll use hands-on Stripe experience to work through practical scenarios involving payments, customers, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, disputes, and transactions. You’ll also document the workflows and provide structured feedback based on the work completed.

What You’ll Do

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Stripe using practical payment or financial operations experience.

• Navigate Stripe features related to customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and transactions.

• Complete common payment processing and billing workflows based on provided instructions.

• Create and manage customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and other relevant records.

• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.

• Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.

• Document workflow steps and explain the Stripe tools, features, and actions used.

• Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.

• Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience using Stripe in a professional environment.

• Experience in payments, billing, financial operations, SaaS, e-commerce, or a related field.

• Current access to Stripe and the ability to navigate the platform independently.

• Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned workflows.

• Strong understanding of payments, billing, subscriptions, invoicing, refunds, disputes, or related financial operations.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.

Preferred Experience

• Stripe Billing, reporting, or other Stripe product experience.

• Previous experience with data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data work.

• Experience documenting operational workflows or creating structured evaluation criteria.

Engagement & Compensation

• Contract-based, remote engagement.

• Hourly rate: $90–$170/hr.

• Annual compensation equivalent: $172,800–$326,400 based on 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks.

• Actual earnings depend on the amount of work completed and assigned project requirements.
