Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Telemarketing to manage and motivate a team, drive lead generation, improve conversions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and motivate telemarketing executives.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
Monitor KPIs, call quality, productivity, and attendance.
Conduct team huddles, training, and performance reviews.
Handle coaching on communication and objection handling.
Ensure proper CRM updates and call documentation.
Prepare performance reports and coordinate with Sales/Operations.
