About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel operations.

This role also requires someone who can contribute to building and improving operational processes as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide tailored travel solutions.

Plan and manage domestic and outbound international travel.

Create detailed travel itineraries from scratch based on client preferences and budgets.

Handle end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and travel partners to ensure seamless execution.

Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and client queries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Develop and improve travel operations processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency.

Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.

Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel consultancy.

Strong experience handling domestic and outbound international travel.

Proven experience creating customized travel itineraries.

Excellent communication, coordination, and client servicing skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
