About Nitrous Design

Nitrous Design is a digital design and development agency helping businesses create engaging digital experiences through UI/UX design, web design, Webflow development, branding, and digital strategy.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can translate business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric websites, landing pages, SaaS interfaces, and digital products.

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability research where required.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and consistent visual styles.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other designers to ensure accurate implementation.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs based on usability and business objectives.

• Present design concepts and explain design decisions clearly.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or digital product design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating website design, responsive UI, user flows, and/or SaaS product interfaces.

• Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility fundamentals, and usability best practices.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and communicate design decisions.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital agencies, SaaS companies, or web design teams.

• Understanding of design handoff and front-end development constraints.

• Familiarity with usability testing, AI-assisted design tools, and modern design workflows.
