Deine Rolle – Deine Leidenschaft
- Du koordinierst die Abläufe rund um unsere Camper-Vans – von der Vorbereitung bis zur Rückgabe.
- Du packst bei der Aufbereitung auch selbst mal mit an und unterstützt dein Team tatkräftig.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Begleitung, Anleitung und Motivation deiner Teammitglieder.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in Schulungen und Trainings ein und stärkst so die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.
- Du prüfst Rückläufer sorgfältig, dokumentierst Auffälligkeiten, meldest sie an unser HQ in München und kümmerst dich um die weitere Bearbeitung – kleinere Handgriffe erledigst du direkt, für größere Reparaturen koordinierst du Fachpartner.
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden.
Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Autovermietung, Tourismus o.ä.
- Freude am Service und im Umgang mit Menschen – freundlich, offen und kommunikativ.
- Du packst gerne mit an, wenn es nötig ist, und behältst auch in stressigen Momenten den Überblick.
- Organisationstalent, Lösungsorientierung und eine positive Einstellung zeichnen dich aus.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
Dein Gehalt
Wir ❤️ Transparenz. Das Gehaltsband für diese Position liegt zwischen 34.000 EUR und 36.000 EUR brutto jährlich.
