Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ähnliches
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen in der Fertigungsindustrie (z.B. Lean, Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung).
- Du hast bereits in internationalen Projektteams gearbeitet und erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Du hast Interesse an Digitalisierungs- & Technologietrends und deren Verankerung in der Organisation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
