The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Growth & AI Engineer on the Growth and Martech Engineering (GME) team, you'll help build the internal platforms that power campaign creation, validation and experimentation across Adobe.com. This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of Full Stack development, AI and Martech. You'll work alongside senior engineers to build AI-native services and automation that support campaign creation, validation and Martech operations as Adobe moves toward agentic Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO).
What you'll do
- Build and extend full stack features and services across the Growth Engineering platform — from backend services and APIs to internal tooling and UI.
- Add AI-native capabilities to the development, validation, and content generation workflows for campaigns.
- Build and maintain reusable services and components that can be picked up across Growth, Martech and Personalization use cases.
- Implement production AI features such as LLM integration, retrieval, MCP connectors and basic agent workflows.
- Build integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, Target, Analytics, Launch) and internal Adobe platforms.
- Automate campaign development and the other entities in AJO and support personalization and experimentation delivery through Adobe Target.
- Write clean, testable and observable code and help keep the platform reliable, performant and secure.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects and product managers to deliver against the platform roadmap.
What you need to succeed
- 4-6 years building full stack applications — comfortable across frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) and backend (Node, Python or TypeScript) with REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLMs into real applications — tool calling, structured outputs retrieval and agent workflows.
- Working knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Management and MCP.
- Ability to break a technical problem down and ship a working solution end to end.
- Solid grasp of API design, event-driven patterns and writing maintainable code.
- Experience with or strong interest in Martech, Personalization/Experimentation or Growth Engineering platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AJO, Target, Analytics, Launch, CJA) is a strong plus AJO and Target experience especially valued.
- A collaborative mindset — you share what you learn, help teammates and take ownership of what you build.
