Key Responsibilities
- Architecture, Not Just Prompts Understand model limitations deeply
- Design Training Data Templates
- Build RAG retrieval logic for banking domain
- Deep Configuration - Must have Tune ASR Endpointing settings
- Configure VAD thresholds
- Adjust TTS prosody for specific use cases
- Go beyond just setting the language
- Deployment Write Python integration code
- Integrate bot into bank's workflow
- Own 'Bot Performance' end-to-end
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in AI/ML deployment
- Strong Python coding skills
- Understanding of LLM architecture and limitations
- Experience with ASR/TTS systems configuration
- RAG implementation experience
