Job Description

Role Purpose

Translate concepts of pharmaceutical campaigns into visually compelling designs that engage healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders. This role requires a balance of creativity, precision, and compliance with industry regulations. The candidate should also have an eye for artful designs and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  1. Template Design: Develop, edit, and maintain templates (PowerPoint, PDF, and Adobe Creative Cloud) for medical campaigns, conferences, seminars, training materials, and marketing communications.
  2. Graphic Design & Layouts: Design high-quality graphics and layouts for PowerPoint presentations, product illustrations, brochures, flyers, posters, digital banners, e-mails, newsletters, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, packaging, and other print and digital assets.
  3. Branding & Logo Design: Create and enhance brand identities, including logos, icons, visual elements, packaging graphics, and other branding assets while ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
  4. Visual Communication: Conceptualize and develop visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages while adhering to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
  5. Print Production: Prepare print-ready artwork by ensuring correct layouts, typography, color profiles, bleed, trim marks, and other pre-press specifications for high-quality printing.
  6. Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  7. Quality Assurance: Review and validate all creative deliverables for accuracy, consistency, branding, and compliance before final production or publication.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in corporate design, preferably within healthcare or pharma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of medical illustration and ability to communicate scientific concepts visually.
  • Knowledge of pharma compliance standards and sensitivity to regulated content
