Brief Description:
As a Senior Associate - Account Development, you will play a key role in driving the success of our Exchange Partners by delivering scalable account management, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
As part of the Global Revenue Services organization within Global Exchange Operations, you will partner with GTM teams to support strategic partners while independently managing a portfolio of scaled exchange partners. You will be responsible for enabling successful onboarding, improving partner experience, and building repeatable, scalable workflows that help the business grow efficiently.
Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for solving operational challenges through automation and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Exchange Partner Development
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned Exchange Partners, from onboarding and activation through ongoing growth, operational support, and retention.
- Partner with GTM teams to support strategic accounts while independently managing a portfolio of scaled partners through standardized engagement models.
- Drive successful onboarding by ensuring operational readiness, platform configuration, and compliance with ecosystem requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with Exchange Partners by providing timely operational guidance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve partner experience and platform adoption.
- Own partner communications across onboarding, operational updates, product launches, and ongoing account engagement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner health, adoption, and monetization by leveraging operational insights and performance trends.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Support teams to continuously improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Account Management
- Analyze partner performance and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve partner success, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define, operationalize, and continuously enhance dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into partner health, onboarding effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis to investigate operational issues and recommend scalable corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and reporting integrity across Account Development workflows.
Process Excellence & Automation
- Champion an automation-first mindset by continuously identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve operational scalability.
- Design, document, and optimize repeatable onboarding, account management, and partner support processes that enable efficient growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to implement workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain playbooks, operating procedures, and best practices that improve execution consistency across the Account Development function.
- Drive continuous process improvement by challenging existing workflows and implementing scalable solutions that enhance both partner and internal experiences.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Account Development, Publisher Success, Bidder Success, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising.
- Experience managing publisher or bidder relationships within the programmatic advertising ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Header Bidding, RTB, and digital advertising workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar analytical tools to derive actionable business insights.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence or Analytics teams to define reporting requirements and operational metrics is preferred.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset and the ability to balance operational execution with continuous improvement.
