Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies and Agentic AI/CMS
- Lead large, multi-solution consulting engagements with Adobe clients and partners
- Leverage hands-on technical and product skills, as well as digital marketing business acumen, in designing the solution architecture, in partnership with one or more solution experts
- Build trusted advisor relationships with our clients & partners
- Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Take leadership during project discovery and delivery in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Project Managers
- Effectively analyze complex project issues, develop solution options, and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommendation with the clients
- Develop and nurture technical expertise to confidently lead large teams of experts from Adobe or partner organizations
- Participate within the Adobe technical community to develop and share best practices and processes
- Provide thought leadership to the team and wider consulting community helping to set future strategic direction
- Foster teamwork among consultants and cross functional teams
- Experience and willingness to work onsite at the customers for significant amount of time
