What we need:
For our team in Bangkok we are looking for candidates with experience in supporting and managing Desktop, Network and IT Infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the migration of users, data, apps, etc from O365 to Google Workspace and Google Workspace to another Google Workspace
- Implement various different test plans and QA migration solution
- Implement detailed plan based on business and technical requirements
- Manage and report on project timelines, risks and suggest workarounds
- Coordinate with various different teams across companies and different timezones to ensure project success
Do you have what it takes?
- Real working experience with migrating users from O365 to Google Workspace or vice versa
- Must have experience in migrating users in an enterprise environment
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate project status, timelines and risks clearly
- Working technical understanding of Office 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Entra, Etc.
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and scoping migrations with cross-functional teams
- Great communication in English, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player
