• Machine trouble shoot and maintenance. 
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities and workflow of Equipment Technicians, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
• Perform data-driven analysis to maximize equipment availability for manufacturing processes, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance production equipment efficiency, and minimize unscheduled downtimes.
• Documents (FMEA/Training material /SOP) generation ,update and maintenance.
• Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken. 
• Lead continue improvements projects on machine performance improvement , cost reduction, process, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements.  
• Work with Process , R&D on new material and package development for machine related items.
• Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
• Follow up customer audit and action implement.
• 8D prepare and presentation for quality issues related to Equipment
• Support other function teams for key projects.
• Basic understanding of PLC/Python/Power BI/C++ programing language. SKILLS
• Technical Skills Equipment Installation, set up and qualification.
• Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance,
• PLC fundamantals
• Servo Motors, sensor, actuators, and motion control
• Robotic and automation system
• Reading and understand equipment schematic diagram
• Understand Machine safety standard,etc
• Manufacturing & Process Knowledge Lean Manufacturing,
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE,
• Yield Improvement,
• Cost Reduction Initiatives,
• production support and line balancing, etc
• Project management Project Planing
• Timeline Management
• Data and Digital Skills ( AI assisted troubleshooting,
• Predictive Maintenance
•  loT and Industrial 4.0 concepts
• Data Visualization and Dashboard creation etc..
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
• Bachelor or above in engineering or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Machine / Mechanical knowledge in design and optimization.

PREFERRED:

• Expertized in data analysis, and problem solving 
• Familiar with MS365, and Understanding of PLC/Python/PowerBI/C++ programming language.
