Role Name: Business Analyst - GTM (Go-To-Market)

At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Business Analyst in our GTM team

.

Who are we?

Kapture CX is a leading SaaS platform that helps enterprises automate and elevate customer experience through intelligent, AI-powered solutions. We partner with enterprises across industries to bring scalable automation and insight-driven efficiencies to their CX operations.

Over a thousand clients across 18 countries have used Kapture’s products to enhance their customer experience, including Unilever, Reliance, Coca-Cola, BigBasket, Meesho, Airtel Payments Bank, and Cathay Pacific. Kapture delivers industry-specific solutions powered by AI, tailored workflows, and seamless automation.

Kapture CX is headquartered in Bangalore, with offices in Mumbai and Delhi/NCR, as well as international offices across the USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia.

What is this role all about?

At Kapture CX, our GTM team drives strategic expansion, revenue execution, and operational efficiency across growth and customer-facing functions. As a Business Analyst - GTM, you will work on high-impact initiatives, taking ownership of projects end-to-end while driving program management and business analytics to optimize Go-To-Market execution.

Rather than managing routine operational tickets, you will lead end-to-end GTM projects, streamline cross-functional programs, leverage data to deliver actionable insights, and build scalable workflows that help leadership make smarter decisions.

Sounds interesting?

Here's a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • End-to-End Project & Program Management: Own and execute strategic GTM projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, clear milestone tracking, and timely delivery.
  • Business Analytics & Insights: Conduct deep-dive business analytics across GTM data, customer journeys, and operational metrics to deliver dashboards, reports, and insights that support leadership decision-making.
  • Workflow & Process Optimization: Analyze GTM and customer-facing operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, streamline cross-departmental handoffs, and design scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Build and implement AI-powered tools such as knowledge assistants, chatbots, and workflow copilots to improve team productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Lead strategic cross-functional programs (e.g., Customer360, Self-Service Portals, Enablement) by owning analysis, documentation, and execution workstreams.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person collaboration drives innovation and faster execution.

What does success look like in this role?

You seamlessly lead GTM projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional initiatives move efficiently through structured program management. Leadership relies heavily on the business analytics, dashboards, and reporting models you build to make informed decisions, while your process improvements and automations noticeably accelerate GTM operations.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or Project Manager with a solid SaaS background (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Project & Program Management: Hands-on experience managing projects end-to-end using tools like JIRA, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Business Analytics & Data Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for handling large datasets, reporting, and dashboard creation; experience with BI platforms is a plus.
  • AI & Automation Native: Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and understanding how to apply them to optimize business workflows.

What are the most critical skills for this role?

  • End-to-end program and project management with structured execution and milestone tracking.
  • Strong business analytics capabilities and structured problem-solving to break down complex datasets into actionable solutions.
  • Proactive identification of automation opportunities across GTM workflows.
  • Clear executive communication and seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • Have strong experience with SaaS CRM, Customer Success, or revenue platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Have built internal tools, AI assistants, or low-code/no-code automation workflows for GTM teams.
  • Have previously driven cross-functional enablement or GTM operations in a scaling SaaS environment.

Why should you be interested?

Here's what you will gain from this role:

  • Direct ownership of core Go-To-Market programs, analytics, and end-to-end execution.
  • Mentorship from senior leaders with a clear trajectory toward Program Management and Operations leadership.
  • Hands-on exposure at the intersection of SaaS, Business Analytics, and AI technology.
  • Rapid career acceleration within a fast-growing global SaaS organization with competitive compensation.
