Must-Haves

3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Revenue-focused roles.

Experience working with consumer brands, fintech, e-commerce companies, advertising agencies, or platform/marketplace ecosystems.

Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and value propositions.

Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities that drive revenue.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating partnership decks, drafting negotiation emails, and preparing internal alignment documents.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.

Builder mentality — thrives in ambiguity and moves fast

Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular engagement and a seamless partner experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication.

Build strong rapport with partners and confidently drive conversations to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.

Support commercial discussions, partnership renewals, and new partnership opportunities alongside internal stakeholders.

Create partnership presentations, proposals, meeting notes, and other communication materials as required.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives.

Track partnership performance, maintain regular updates, and share key insights with the team.

Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships through campaigns, activations, or cross-functional initiatives.

Maintain accurate partnership documentation and ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing discussions.

Represent the company professionally in partner meetings, networking events, and industry interactions.
