About Servd:
In 2024, Swiggy joined forces with Servd (formerly known as Mumbai Foodie), a leading Food Media House renowned for creating original content that highlights and recommends the best experiences in the city’s food and beverage landscape. From restaurant reviews and chef interviews to collaborations, events, and more, Servd has built a reputation as a trusted guide for food lovers. What began in Mumbai has now expanded to Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Rajasthan —with more cities on the horizon.
What will you work on:
1) Event Planning & Execution:
- Assist in developing and managing end-to-end planning of branded and promotional events for Mumbai Foodie.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, post-production, production) to conceptualize event themes and formats.
- Assisting in handling all logistical aspects, including venue selection and vendor management.
- Ensure events align with the brand identity and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees.
- Oversee on-ground coordination, including set-up, guest management, and event flow to ensure seamless execution.
2) Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant brands that align with our objectives.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships that enhance event value and provide brand amplification opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing strategies and initiatives to maximize reach.
- Contribute to the overall events and partnership strategy, staying on top of industry trends to suggest innovative event formats and partnership models.
3) Brand Representation & Communication:
- Act as a brand ambassador at all events and networking functions, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the content team to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events and partnerships.
- Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, both internal and external, to streamline the event and partnership process.
4) Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop content and marketing strategies that maximize the impact of partnerships and events.
- Coordinate with the business development team to align partnership opportunities with revenue goals.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in the food and beverage industry with a strong network within the F&B, hospitality, and media industries.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content creation.
- Experience in event management, partnerships, or a similar role in the F&B, media, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
