About the Role

The Finance Process Architecture (FPA) team sits at the crossroads of Finance, Tax, and Technology. We partner closely with business leaders and system development teams to design, enhance, and support finance and tax processes — including Accenture’s highly customized SAP environment.

We’re looking for students or recent graduates in Accounting or Finance who are curious about how business, tax, data, and technology come together in a global organization.

You will:

• Learn how finance and tax processes operate within SAP and other digital tools
• Build strong skills in analytics, process improvement, and technology
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT teams across different countries and time zones
• Grow through hands‑on learning, mentorship, and continuous feedback

No prior Intercompany or Tax experience required — we value communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and willingness to learn and apply business and process best practices.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Support the financial month‑end close, ensuring accuracy, data quality, and timely delivery
• Help maintain and support Tax systems, including: Intercompany billing and transfer pricing mechanisms in SAP
• Tax reporting tools and customized non‑SAP applications
• Learn how finance and tax processes are designed, tested, and deployed using agile and process excellence methodologies.
• Help document requirements, support testing activities, assist with deployments, and contribute to change management efforts.
• Analyze large data sets and prepare reports that support decision‑making.
• Grow into a Tax process expert, understanding how global tax operations work in both SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Participate in global initiatives aligned with Accenture and Tax Leadership priorities.

You’ll Work With

• Reports to: Finance Process Architecture – Tax Associate Manager
• Works closely with:
• Global Tax teams, Finance colleagues, SAP program teams, IT/CIO partners, and local Tax and Finance leads — giving you global exposure early in your career.

• Comfortable working with data, learning new systems and process reinvention using AI
• Experience using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in English
• Proactive, independent, and eager to grow
• Flexible and positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or close to graduating) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Location: Argentina (Buenos Aires) or India (Mumbai or Bengaluru)
