Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.

Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Our approach is three-pronged.

First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place . Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.

Second , every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.

Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

As part of this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI, strategy, and growth. You'll leverage AI to build smarter workflows while supporting high-impact GTM initiatives that help Toddle expand its presence across Australia.

Workstream 1: AI & Growth Systems

Build AI-powered workflows that make the growth team faster and more effective.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-first workflows for data enrichment, account research and school profiling.
• Experiment with new AI tools and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.
• Build the “AI Memory” by collating all important documents

Workstream 2: Strategic Market Research & GTM

Support high-impact strategic projects for the Australia growth team.

Responsibilities

• Research target schools and key decision-makers (Catholic, public and independent) and develop actionable GTM recommendations
• Build concise strategy documents on new growth opportunities (e.g. partnerships, workshops, podcasts, conferences, customer communities).
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and best practices.
• Support organization of cool marketing activations (in-person events, virtual events) - including marketing the event to a broader audience, testing ads etc

Is this someone that looks like you?

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience; internships in B2B SaaS, growth, marketing, or consulting are a plus
• Currently in final year of Undergrad degree or recently completed an undergrad from a Tier 1 college
• Strong analytical and verbal communication skills
• Sharp, curious, hardworking and quick to apply what you've learnt
• An executor with strong bias for action and ability to handle many balls at once
