At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Lead – Corporate Development for our Founders' Office team.

Kapture is headquartered in Bangalore, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, USA, UAE, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia.

What is this role all about?

As Lead, you will drive Kapture's inorganic growth by identifying, evaluating and executing acquisitions, mergers and strategic partnerships—working closely with the founders across the full deal lifecycle.

Here's what you will do:

  • Identify and evaluate acquisition, merger, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build financial and valuation models (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions).
  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution—from target identification to deal closure.
  • Coordinate commercial, legal, financial, tax, and operational due diligence.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for leadership and Board approval.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with founders, advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage post-merger integration and synergy tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify inorganic growth opportunities.

This is a Bangalore-based role, five days a week from the office.

What does success look like?

You consistently source and close high-value deals, deliver rigorous analysis leadership can act on, and ensure acquired businesses integrate smoothly to realize intended synergies.

What would make you a good fit?

  • 8–12 years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development or strategy consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with financial and valuation modeling (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions).
  • Track record leading deal teams through sourcing, diligence, negotiation and closure.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership, investors or boards.
  • Strong communication skills—able to present complex analysis simply and compellingly.

Good to have:

  • Experience executing M&A for a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Exposure to post-merger integration and synergy tracking.
  • Understanding of the AI/SaaS/enterprise software landscape.
  • Experience in a founder-led, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
