What is this role all about?

As a CA Fresher in the CFO’s Office, you will get hands-on exposure to core finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS company. From financial reporting and analysis, you will work closely with experienced finance leaders and gain practical experience across multiple finance functions.

• You will assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• You will work on account reconciliations.
• You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities to help improve financial planning.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You consistently deliver accurate financial reports, maintain compliance standards, and proactively contribute to improving finance processes while learning and growing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

• You have recently completed and qualified for your Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI.
• You are looking to kickstart your career in corporate finance within a fast-growing SaaS environment
• You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modelling.
• You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• You have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• You have strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• You demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and can interpret financial data to support business decisions.

You will have an advantage if you:

• You have completed articleship exposure in financial reporting.
• You have hands-on experience using ERP or accounting software during internships/articleship.
• You have prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven organisation.
• You are an immediate joiner or can join with short notice.
