Job Summary:
Turno is looking for a skilled Credit Operations Executive to support our mission in the energy transition space. The primary objective for this role is to manage end-to-end credit workflows, encompassing rigorous KYC protocols, detailed valuation of loan paperwork, and the execution of telephonic verification (TVR) to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authenticate the identity of applicants while maintaining strict adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform comprehensive vetting of KYC artifacts, including legal identification, residency documentation, and financial standing records.
- Maintain high data integrity by updating internal systems with precise and current customer profiles in a timely fashion.
- Conduct technical reviews of lending instruments such as master agreements, promissory notes, and various collateral contracts.
- Uphold rigorous compliance standards aligned with both organizational policies and external industry mandates.
