• This role involves high end-to-end ownership and accountability for shaping the growth of one of the fastest growing categories in Swiggy (Food on Train)
• Own the category end to end - which includes owning and delivering metrics against all aspects of Growth (Orders, AMV) and Profitability (UE, Cancellations, Discounting etc.). 
• Drive growth and metrics from a short-term perspective as well as own and solution for long term initiatives - across traffic, storefront, partnerships, operations etc.
• Own and deliver workstreams end to end - from solutioning to stakeholder alignment and subsequent execution to ensure that goals are met. 
• Identify key customer pain points, pits and delighters to solve for through data analysis, customer research, first principles thinking and benchmarking
• This role will report into the General Manager - New Initiatives, and is a part of the Food Market Place Business Unit within Swiggy

• Postgraduate (MBA or PGDM) with 4 - 7 years of experience in startups / tech-first companies in CX / Strategy / Program management roles
• Strong Problem solving skills - analytical and creative problem solving.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets  is a must. 
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Stakeholder Management - ability to influence teams and drive results in cross-functional projects
• Initiative – Demonstrates strong ownership to bring about change and help drive the business forward.
