About the Role:

As Glance AI scales globally, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Platform to build the foundational capabilities that power every shopping experience across our ecosystem. You’ll own core platform products such as Search, Retrieval, Catalog Intelligence, Ranking, Personalization, Agent APIs, or Commerce Infrastructure that enable multiple consumer experiences and partner integrations.

This role blends deep technical thinking with product strategy, working closely with Engineering, AI, Data Science, and Product teams to build scalable capabilities that accelerate innovation across Glance AI.

What will you be doing?

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for one or more platform products.
• Define scalable APIs, services, and platform capabilities used across multiple product teams.
• Partner with AI, Search, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve retrieval quality, relevance, personalization, and system performance.
• Drive platform adoption across internal product teams and external partners.
• Prioritize investments balancing scalability, reliability, latency, flexibility, and business impact.
• Define product requirements for highly technical systems and lead execution from concept to launch.
• Monitor platform health using operational and product metrics.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Infrastructure teams on long-term platform strategy.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building platform, infrastructure, or AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, backend architecture, and data platforms.
• Experience working with Search, Recommendation Systems, AI Platforms, Personalization, or Commerce Infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working with ML or Search teams.
• Experience building developer platforms or internal products.
• Familiarity with relevance ranking, retrieval systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience working on large-scale consumer platforms.
