As a CPU/SoC Verification Engineer, you will be involved in development of latest ARM architecture-based CPUs that are engineered for AI execution and are a key component of the Agentic AI hardware stack. What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for verification of ARM architecture-based CPU subsystems and SoCs
  • Develop and execute thorough verification plans and create new testbench components
  • Collaborate closely with design and architecture teams to verify architectural and microarchitectural features
  • Build and enhance UVM/SystemVerilog/C-based verification environments.
  • Debug complex issues spanning RTL, interconnect, and system-level scenarios
  • Analyze and improve existing verification strategies by incorporating AI accelerated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in CPU verification.
  • Proven expertise in ARM architecture and/or CPU unit/sub-system/SoC verification.
  • Strong understanding of verification methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with multi-core CPU or large-scale SoC verification.
  • Ability to debug complex system issues involving coherency, interconnect, and memory subsystems.
  • Ability to use AI tools to boot productivity
