Role Overview
We are looking for someone to join the Strategy team , who will work very closely with the leadership on some of the company’s most important strategic priorities.
This role sits at the center of the company and involves working on a wide range of high-impact initiatives – from identifying new market opportunities and shaping go-to-market strategy, to evaluating partnerships and driving new business initiatives.
You will work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, marketing and delivery to bring new initiatives to life and help translate strategy into action.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and building and executing new initiatives from the ground up in a fast-scaling AI company.
Key responsibilities
Strategic initiatives & special projects
- Work with the leadership team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the company
- Help execute special projects critical to Nurix’s short- and long-term growth
- Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and engineering to drive successful execution.
Market & competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Build and validate business hypotheses through data analysis, industry research, and customer insights
- Translate market insights into product direction and positioning
Go-to-Market & partnerships
- Support the development and execution of GTM strategies for AI solutions.
- Work with product teams to shape new offerings based on market needs
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships aligned with Nurix’s growth strategy
- Engage with customers to understand pain points, product needs, and market fit
What we are looking for:
- 4-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, startup operating/business roles, or ex-founder
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institution
- Very strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Highly comfortable using AI for solving problems / building (PS - you need not be an engineer)
- Ability to own and execute projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- High ownership and bias for action, with comfort operating in ambiguity
