We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of Europe's leading fashion and lifestyle technology businesses as they continue to evolve and grow across multiple areas of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a highly innovative, fast-paced and international business, supporting hiring across a broad range of corporate and business functions.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract exceptional talent, shape recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality hires across a diverse portfolio of roles.

You'll be a trusted advisor to the business, taking ownership of your hiring portfolio, using data and market insight to influence decisions, and helping create a recruitment experience that reflects the company's ambitious, people-focused culture.

🌟 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of corporate and business functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
• Build proactive talent pipelines across the UK and wider European talent market
• Source outstanding talent through creative, strategic and inclusive sourcing approaches
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing immediate hiring needs with longer-term talent strategy
• Use recruitment data, market insight and candidate feedback to help hiring managers make better decisions
• Deliver a seamless, engaging and inclusive candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
• Challenge and improve existing recruitment processes, identifying opportunities to make hiring more effective and scalable
• Support workforce planning and longer-term recruitment strategies as the business continues to grow and evolve

🔍 What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of corporate, commercial, business & technology functions
• Proven experience working as a trusted Senior Talent Acquisition Partner within a complex, high-growth or international organisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge hiring managers and senior leaders
• Excellent sourcing capability across both active and passive talent markets
• A track record of building diverse and high quality talent pipelines across different functions and levels
• Strong commercial awareness and a data driven approach to recruitment, with a focus on quality of hire and candidate experience
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working at pace in a constantly evolving environment
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for finding exceptional talent
