<p>The Account Executive (Mid-Market) (International) position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Mid-Market business segment to meet and exceed their monthly sales quota. This can be achieved by creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, as well as reigniting open, outstanding customer opportunities.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Acquire Mid-Market-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.</li>
<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid-Market business opportunities by various prospecting methods, following lead cadence best practices, and conducting demos of our suite of products.</li>
<li>Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.</li>
<li>Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts. </li>
<li>Act strategically in offering subscription levels, multi-year deals and/or negotiating discounted pricing to increase ARR</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Salesforce, a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Gmail and Google Docs</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)<br></span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communications</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stats driven business professional</span></li>
