Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden im Bereich Amazon & Versandapotheken
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Retail Media Strategien inklusive Kampagnenbriefings, Monitoring, Reporting und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Advertising, Content, Operations und BI
- Identifikation und Entwicklung von Wachstumsansätzen, z. B. Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale sowie Performance-Optimierungen
- Eigenständige Organisation von Timings & Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen
- Teilnahme an internen Wissenformaten, Projekt-Reviews & Branchenupdates
Qualifikation
- 2 bis 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Media oder Account Management
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Interesse an datengetriebenem Marketing und Performance-Optimierung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Online Advertising, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Amazon
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Lust auf neue Tools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) & gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Austausch mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
