Aufgaben
- Planung und Umsetzung unseres Redaktionsplans
- Erstellung von Reels, TikToks und weiteren Social-Media-Inhalten
- Aufnahme und einfacher Videoschnitt (z. B. mit CapCut)
- Entwicklung neuer Content-Ideen und Mitwirkung an Storytelling-Konzepten
- Veröffentlichung und Terminierung von Beiträgen auf Instagram und TikTok
- Community Management (Kommentare und Nachrichten)
- Unterstützung bei Content-Produktionen vor Ort
- Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorn und Influencern
- Recherche aktueller Social-Media-Trends
- Auswertung der Performance unserer Inhalte und Einbringen von Optimierungsvorschlägen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres Shopify-Shops (z. B. Produktseiten, Bilder, Texte und kleinere Anpassungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Produktlaunches im Onlineshop
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Customer Journey und des Einkaufserlebnisses
Qualifikation
- Begeisterung für Social Media, insbesondere Instagram und TikTok
- Kreativität und ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und virale Inhalte
- Erfahrung mit Videoaufnahme und Videoschnitt (z. B. CapCut, Canva oder ähnliche Tools)
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten vor und hinter der Kamera
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Shopify oder anderen E-Commerce-Systemen
- Interesse an E-Commerce und Online-Marketing
- Grundkenntnisse in Bildbearbeitung und Content-Management sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B ist von Vorteil
