- Du übernimmst Sonderprojekte und treibst Initiativen voran, indem du Stakeholder koordinierst und den Überblick behältst
- Du unterstützt im Finance-Bereich, pflegst Reportings, kümmerst dich um offene Rechnungen und behältst den Zahlungsfluss im Blick
- Du unterstützt im Personalbereich, planst das Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start
- Du unterstützt im Recruiting, von dem Screening der Bewerbungen bis zur Durchführung von Interviews
- Du hilfst bei der Planung und Umsetzung interner und externer Events und sorgst dafür, dass im Büro alles rundläuft
