💡 Your Mission

As Head of Data & Internal AI, you make voize measurably AI-native and data-driven from the inside. You own two things end to end: the internal data foundation everyone's numbers come from, and the internal AI platform every team builds on. You enable others to answer their own questions and automate their own work without asking permission.

You make voize a fully AI-native organization and enable all team members with the tools and the knowledge to automate everything that doesn’t need a human doing it and help them to focus on what is really important.

You report to the COO, build a small team around you, and are the person who keeps voize on the front foot as this technology moves.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own internal AI: the strategy and 12–24 month roadmap, the platform itself (voize MCP, harnesses, model access, context layer), and the standards behind it for evals, observability, cost control and access scoping. You track where this technology is going and bring what's worth bringing
• Own the data foundation: You make sure that voize is operating on a strong and accessible data foundation. You build and own ingestion, the warehouse, dbt modeling, the semantic layer and self-serve BI plus the metric definitions.
• Deliver AI into the business functions: from spotting the use case through deployment to measured operating impact function by function.
• Drive cultural change: You make voize an organization where every decision is based on reliable data and AI does all the work that doesn’t need to be done by humans anymore.
• Own governance and risk in a regulated healthcare setting in partnership with our compliance team: privacy, data protection, model risk, EU AI Act
• Build the function: build the Data and Internal AI function and hire and manage the team. Decide what stays central and what is handled by a de-central team of AI Champions.

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• You have built and owned a modern data foundation hands-on — cloud warehouse, dbt from staging through marts with tests and CI, a semantic layer, canonical metrics, self-serve BI as well as hired the right people to scale it. You've built it, grew a team, not just specified it for someone else
• You have shipped internal AI or agents into production over that data layer and can talk through the adoption numbers, the evals, and what you'd do differently
• You have a track record of data or AI changing a business metric, past pilot, with numbers you can walk through end to end
• You are effective across a whole company as credible with Support and Sales as with Engineering, and you'd rather build a champions network than hand-hold every team yourself
• You own governance and risk rather than treating it as someone else's blocker, and you run autonomously: you set your own priorities in ambiguity and deliver one source and one team end to end before proposing a program
