Aufgaben
Als IT-Applikation Administrator Microsoft 365 / Azure & Business Applications (m/w/d) verantwortest Du den operativen und technischen Betrieb zentraler Unternehmensanwendungen. Dazu gehören insbesondere Microsoft 365-Applikationen und unsere Fach- und Betriebsapplikationen wie ERP/CRM, Ticketsystem und weitere Anwendungen der IT- und Fachbereiche. Du unterstützt bei der Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation unserer Applikationslandschaft, übernimmst technische Analysen im Störungsfall, steuerst Changes und arbeitest eng mit externen Dienstleistern sowie den internen Product Ownern und Fachbereichen zusammen.
Qualifikation
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams oder Intune mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb von Unternehmensapplikationen, idealerweise in einer hybriden Infrastruktur mit Cloud-, SaaS- und On-Premises-Komponenten.
- Du kennst Dich mit Windows-Client- und Windows-Server-Umgebungen aus.
- Du verstehst Berechtigungsmodelle, Gruppenstrukturen, Rollenmodelle und administrative Sicherheitsanforderungen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, dokumentierst sauber und hast ein gutes Verständnis für ITIL-nahe Prozesse wie Incident, Problem, Change und Configuration Management.
- Du hast Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren, nachhaltig zu lösen und Verbesserungen aktiv einzubringen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher mit Anwendern, Fachbereichen, Management, IT-Dienstleistern und Softwareherstellern.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für technische Dokumentationen und Herstellerkommunikation.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, verbindlich und mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
