Zur Verstärkung unseres Expertenteams bei unserem Kunden aus der Funk- und Kommunikationsbranche suchen wir einen Konstruktionsingenieur (m/w/x) in Festanstellung bei K-tronik. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie persönlich kennen zu lernen - und gemeinsam mit Leidenschaft und Teamgeist an spannenden Projekten und zukunftsweisenden Technologien zu arbeiten.
Aufgaben:
- Produktentwicklung von A bis Z: Deine Verantwortung erstreckt sich über die gesamte Bandbreite der Produktentwicklung, von der Ideenfindung und Konzeption über die detaillierte Konstruktion (3D-CAD) bis zur erfolgreichen Serienüberführung unserer Geräte, Systeme und Mikromechanik/-elektronik
- Kühlungsexpertise: Du entwirfst und realisierst Wärmemanagement-, Kühl- und Lüftungskonzepte für elektronische Geräte u.a. mit Hilfe von Thermalsimulationen, um optimale Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit sicherzustellen.
- Musterbau & Serienreife: Du betreust Entwicklungsmuster bis zur Fertigungsüberführung, einschließlich Serienlauf und Durchführung von Typprüfungstests
- Produktdatenmanagement & Dokumentation: Du bist verantwortlich für das Produktdatenmanagement (PDM), das Änderungswesen und die Produktpflege sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation für deine Konstruktionen
- Teamarbeit & Innovation: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachbereichen zusammen (z.B. Elektronik, Software, Fertigung), um unsere Produkte ganzheitlich zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Planung & Kalkulation: Du erstellst Zeit- und Aufwandsabschätzungen, koordinierst Arbeitspakete und kalkulierst Herstellkosten unserer Produkte
Qualifikationen:
- Studienabschluss: Du hast dein Studium der Feinwerk- oder Mikrotechnik, der Mechatronik oder des Maschinenbaus mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- CAD-Kenntnisse: Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der 3D-CAD-Konstruktion gesammelt, idealerweise mit NX.
- Thermische Expertise: Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how über thermische Prozesse und die Kühlung elektrischer Geräte
- Konstruktionsgrundlagen: Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Festigkeitsberechnung mechanischer Strukturen sowie der Konstruktion von statisch und dynamisch belasteten Bauteilen
- Elektroaffinität: Du kennst dich grundlegend im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV) aus oder hast Freude daran, dich in dieses Themenfeld einzuarbeiten
- Soft Skills: Du zeichnest dich durch eine engagierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
