Aufgaben:
- Projekt-Roadmaps, Zeitpläne und Budgets definieren und pflegen sowie Meilensteine und Ergebnisse nachverfolgen
- Funktionsübergreifende Teams, die an den Projekten arbeiten, abstimmen und koordinieren
- Projektanforderungen gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern erfassen, priorisieren und dokumentieren
- Risiken identifizieren und minimieren sowie Qualitätsstandards, Teststrategien und CI/CD-Pipelines sicherstellen
- Den Projektfortschritt an Stakeholder kommunizieren sowie Statusberichte und Management-Präsentationen erstellen
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelorabschluss (oder höher) in Informatik, Informationstechnologie (IT), Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet oder Ausbildung sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter hohem Zeitdruck schnell und effektiv Probleme zu lösen
- Fundierte technische Kenntnisse und ein starkes technisches Verständnis
- Nachweisbare umfassende Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und/oder klassischen Projektmanagement-Frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP); eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master oder PMP ist von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich für nichttechnische Zielgruppen zu vermitteln
