Aufgaben
Als Head of Alumni Services übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für einen der zentralen Bereiche unseres Geschäftsmodells: operative Teamführung, strukturierte Prozesse und direkter Einfluss auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Investorenvertrauen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.
Wir suchen keine fertige Führungskraft – wichtiger als ein perfektes Profil sind Motivation, Urteilsvermögen und Fit zum Team.
Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines 6-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Alumni Services
- Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts inkl. aktiver Mitarbeit insb. bei komplexeren Fällen
- Verantwortung für alle Prozesse rund um Abrechnung und Betreuung unserer Alumni
- Direkter Austausch mit Geförderten bei individuellen oder sensiblen Anliegen
- Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, IT und weiteren Schnittstellen
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse gemeinsam mit Team und Geschäftsführung
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Teams – oder klares Potenzial dafür
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Kund:innen
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis und Interesse an datenbasiertem Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und operativ mit anzupacken
- Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (ein Teil der Alumni-Kommunikation ist englischsprachig)
