Aufgaben
- Terminmanagement: Aktive Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen.
- Neukundengewinnung: Mitwirkung bei vertrieblichen Maßnahmen und der Akquise.
- Kooperationsaufbau: Unterstützung beim Auf- und Ausbau strategischer Partnerschaften.
- Kundenanalyse: Analyse und Auswertung von Kundenprofilen als Basis für individuelle Beratungen.
- Konzeptentwicklung: Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Finanzkonzepten für unsere Mandanten.
- Aftersales: Betreuung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen nach dem Erstkontakt.
Qualifikation
- Du bist im Studium (wirtschaftlicher Schwerpunkt von Vorteil, aber kein Muss) oder befindest dich in einer Orientierungsphase.
- Du hast ein fundiertes Interesse an Finanzthemen und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen.
- Erste Vorerfahrungen im kundenorientierten Bereich oder Vertrieb sind hilfreich, aber kein Muss, wir bilden dich umfassend aus.
- Eine zielstrebige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln, zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist erfolgsorientiert und motiviert, durch sehr gute Leistungen auch überdurchschnittlich zu verdienen.
