Motivation & Mindset: Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Can-do-Mentalität mit, arbeitest gerne operativ und unterstützt das Team flexibel dort, wo du gebraucht wirst – ohne deinen Qualitätsanspruch aus den Augen zu verlieren. Studium & Interesse: Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbar), begeisterst dich für die Cleantech-Branche oder möchtest dich beruflich weiter orientieren. Organisationstalent: Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. Auch bei parallelen Aufgaben behältst du stets den Überblick. Verfügbarkeit: Du bist für mindestens 3, idealerweise 6 Monate verfügbar (gerne auch im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums). Hands-on Support: Du packst im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Projektkoordination mit an und sorgst für verlässliche Planungsprozesse. Kapazitäts- & Terminmanagement: Du koordinierst Baustellentermine mit unseren Standorten, behältst den Überblick über Kalender und stimmst die Abläufe optimal auf die Gegebenheiten vor Ort ab. Partnerkoordination: Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Team, den Standorten und externen Wärmepumpen-Partnern begleitest du Baustellendurchsprachen und stehst als Ansprechperson bereit. System- & Datenpflege: Du pflegst Projektdaten und Terminstände präzise in unsere internen Systeme ein und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
