Akquisitionsziele: Identifikation und Analyse potenzieller Akquisitionsziele, inklusive Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Benchmarkanalysen, als Grundlage, auf der Management und Investoren entscheiden. Due Diligence: Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen. Entscheidungsvorlagen: Erstellung von Analysen, IC-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Investoren. Stakeholder-Koordination: Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder im Transaktionsprozess und direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Management zu strategischen Fragestellungen.
Studium: Ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Masterstudium mit wirtschaftlichem, technischem oder vergleichbarem Schwerpunkt, oder Du stehst kurz vor dem Bachelorabschluss mit sehr guten Noten. Praxiserfahrung: Erste Praxiserfahrung aus M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity oder vergleichbaren Bereichen. Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an Excel und PowerPoint sowie die Bereitschaft, Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Deal-Flow statt Wartezeit: Du arbeitest an mehreren Transaktionen parallel – in täglicher Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Management-Team und Head of M&A Direkter Draht zu unserem Private-Equity-Investor: Du sitzt mit am Tisch, nicht drei Ebenen darunter. In IC-Meetings bist Du dabei und vertrittst deine Analysen. Eigene Projekte statt Zuarbeit: Du verantwortest deine eigenen Themen, bist Ansprechpartner nach außen und leistest einen sichtbaren Beitrag Perspektive: Die Aussicht, im Anschluss in Festanstellung bei uns weiter zu machen
