Datenanalysen und Auswertungen direkt in MySQL durchführen, um Entscheidungen und Priorisierungen datenbasiert zu treffen. Erfolgsmessung: Automatisierungsquote, Durchlaufzeiten und Fehlerraten definieren, tracken und verbessern. Enge Zusammenarbeit im Produktteam, mit Engineering und Operations, um die manuelle Arbeit messbar zu reduzieren.
Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement mit Fokus auf Prozessautomatisierung und Erfahrung in der Koordination von Entwicklungsprozessen mit agilen Methoden. Praktische Erfahrung mit Puppeteer oder vergleichbaren Tools zur Browser-Automatisierung. Sicherer Umgang mit MySQL – du schreibst deine Abfragen selbst. Erfahrung im Einsatz von LLMs, idealerweise Claude. Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken: du zerlegst komplexe Abläufe und findest den effizientesten Weg zur Automatisierung. Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit. Hands-on-Mentalität – du konzipierst nicht nur, du setzt auch selbst um. Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1), konversationssicheres Englisch.
