Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Erstellung von Reports, Budgets und Forecasts
- Steuerung von Cashflow und Working Capital
- Sicherstellung von HGB-/IFRS-konformen Prozessen
- Ansprechpartner für Management, Prüfer und externe Partner
- Analyse von Profitabilität und wirtschaftlicher Performance
- Optimierung bestehender Finance-Prozesse
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Finance-Teams
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finance- oder Accounting-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Abschlüssen, Reporting und Forecasting
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und gängigen ERP-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbstständige und hands-on geprägte Arbeitsweise
