<p>Join our Broker / Investment team and work across investment products and customer journeys!</p>

<p>In the first months, your focus will be a live, high-impact investment product post launch: understanding what has been built, improving the experience, and helping shape what comes next.</p>

<p>During that time, you will also work on other Broker / Investment topics, such as existing investment flows, savings plans, portfolio journeys, and new feature ideas.</p>

<p>We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complex investment, business, legal, and technical requirements into clear, useful customer experiences. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, but also able to bring structure, make decisions visible, and move topics forward.</p>

<p>You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Legal / Compliance, your Design Manager, and your design peers. This role is a lot about collaboration without being passive: we need someone who can spar, ask the right questions, challenge unclear requirements, and decide where the biggest impact can be achieved.</p>

<ul>

<li data-section-id="1n50upo" data-start="1129" data-end="1293">Work on Broker / Investment products and journeys, with an initial focus on improving and further iterating on a live, high-impact investment product post launch.</li>

<li data-section-id="1j6zvoa" data-start="1294" data-end="1440">Pick up existing work quickly, understand what has been built, and identify what needs to improve, be clarified, tested, designed, or escalated.</li>

<li data-section-id="1b48pat" data-start="1441" data-end="1538">Design improvements and iterations for investment products and prepare them for implementation.</li>

<li data-section-id="ucwg2s" data-start="1539" data-end="1683">Work on existing and new investment journeys, such as savings plans, portfolio flows, product setup, product explanation, or management flows.</li>

<li data-section-id="1so3w4n" data-start="1684" data-end="1840">Make complex investment decisions easy for customers to understand: what they are doing, why it matters, what the implications are, and what happens next.</li>

<li data-section-id="1jtklph" data-start="1841" data-end="1958">Use feedback, data, research, support input, and stakeholder input to identify real customer and business problems.</li>

<li data-section-id="tuztwo" data-start="1959" data-end="2061">Look beyond assigned tasks and identify useful opportunities for existing flows and future features.</li>

<li data-section-id="sbd5m2" data-start="2062" data-end="2213">Work closely with the Design Manager: spar on direction, bring topics for discussion, and take ownership of topics that need senior design attention.</li>

<li data-section-id="fuvlaq" data-start="2214" data-end="2407">Know when a workshop, design sprint, critique, sparring session, or co-creation session is useful, and turn it into clear output such as decisions, concepts, priorities, flows, or next steps.</li>

<li data-section-id="5s1wtj" data-start="2408" data-end="2548">Work closely with Product Owners (POs), native engineers, web engineers, backend teams, Business, Legal / Compliance, and other designers.</li>

<li data-section-id="d925ff" data-start="2549" data-end="2701">Prepare designs with enough detail for implementation, including flows, states, edge cases, accessibility, content structure, and interaction details.</li>

<li data-section-id="1ijyuq3" data-start="2702" data-end="2817">Challenge unclear requirements or existing UX patterns when they make the experience harder to understand or use.</li>

<li data-section-id="1xoz5gc" data-start="2818" data-end="2903">Document learnings, patterns, or design system needs so other teams can reuse them.</li>

<li data-section-id="alvyx6" data-start="2927" data-end="3076">Strong product design experience, ideally with complex multi-step flows in banking, investing, fintech, insurance, or other regulated environments.</li>

<li data-section-id="2esz5" data-start="3077" data-end="3182">A portfolio that shows how you think through complex product problems, not only polished final screens.</li>

<li data-section-id="1cq32ac" data-start="3183" data-end="3281">Experience designing end-to-end flows from problem understanding to implementation-ready design.</li>

<li data-section-id="w4dhvm" data-start="3282" data-end="3417">Ability to understand complex product, legal, business, and technical constraints and translate them into clear customer experiences.</li>

<li data-section-id="151po08" data-start="3418" data-end="3490">Strong Figma skills and experience working with shared design systems.</li>

<li data-section-id="18m5g5u" data-start="3491" data-end="3617">Good judgment on when to use workshops, design sprints, critiques, sparring, or co-creation formats to move a topic forward.</li>

<li data-section-id="vj0i0z" data-start="3618" data-end="3746">Strong communication skills and the ability to make your work visible, explain trade-offs, and involve the right people early.</li>

<li data-section-id="1c9skdp" data-start="3747" data-end="3896">A collaborative working style: you know how to work closely with a Design Manager and other designers while still owning your topics independently.</li>

<li data-section-id="1da288r" data-start="3897" data-end="3942" data-is-last-node="">English fluency required; German is a plus!</li>
