Für ein etabliertes Softwareunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior UX Designer (m/w/d). Du gestaltest eine komplexe medizinische Anwendung und verbindest Nutzerbedürfnisse, regulatorische Anforderungen und technische Machbarkeit.
Aufgaben
- UX-Strategie und Designprozesse gemeinsam mit Produktmanagement und Entwicklung weiterentwickeln
- Nutzerinterviews und Usability-Tests im medizinischen Umfeld planen, durchführen und auswerten
- Komplexe Arbeitsabläufe in klare Wireframes, Prototypen und Benutzeroberflächen übersetzen
- Ein komponentenbasiertes Design-System ausbauen und in die technische Umsetzung überführen
- Product Discovery, DesignOps und den Einsatz von KI im Designprozess vorantreiben
Qualifikation
- Mindestens acht Jahre Berufserfahrung im UX Design komplexer Softwareprodukte
- Fundierte Praxis in UX Research, Product Discovery und DesignOps
- Erfahrung mit Design-Systemen, Design-to-Code und AI-Prototyping
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Figma und gängigen Research-Werkzeugen
- Gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitswesens und der Abläufe in Arztpraxen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, überzeugende Kommunikation und fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Studium oder vergleichbare fundierte Qualifikation im Bereich UX, Design oder Human-Computer Interaction
