Für unsere Werbeagentur im Herzen Berlins suchen wir – ab Herbst/Winter 2026 – eine/n freundliche/n und engagierte/n Designer:in. Arbeite mit uns mitten in Mitte, mit Fokus auf Kunden im Healthcare-, B2B- und Charity-Bereich. Freu dich auf ein kleines, nettes Team, bunte Anforderungen und viel Freiheit.
Aufgaben
- Gestaltung im **Online- und Print-**Bereich
- Websites, Corporate Designs, Kampagnen … Broschüren, Flyer, Anzeigen, Banner ... etc.
- Fotoshootings und Film-/Videodrehs
- Eigene Ideen entwickeln und realisieren
- Übergreifend Ideen für Projekte einbringen
Qualifikation
- Mut, Kreativität, Ausdauer, Energie, Teamspirit
- Online- und Social-Media-Affinität
- Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte und disziplinierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung und Einfallsreichtum im Umgang mit Gestaltung
- Sorgfalt
- Gute Adobe-Kenntnisse (InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop / XD)
- KI-Skills sind willkommen (wir entwickeln Kampagnen mit KI)!
- Mikrotypografie, Pre-Press und Responsive sollten für dich keine Fremdwörter sein
- Webdesign bedeutet bei uns „Design“ und „Konzeption“, nicht CSS-Programmierung (auch wenn Basiskenntnisse sicher nicht hinderlich sind)
- Spektakuläre Allgemeinbildung, gesunder Menschenverstand
- Vorzugsweise bist du mit Master / Bachelor / Diplom / Fachabschluss ausgestattet bzw. hast bereits vergleichbare Erfahrungen gesammelt, alternativ bist du ein/e beeindruckende/r Quereinsteiger:in
- Ob Junior oder Senior ist egal, Hauptsache gut
