We are Coffee Circle, Germany’s leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin. We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. Your role

  • Create engaging marketing materials for offline and online usage, e.g., flyers, Dialogposts, postcards, campaign banners, ensuring they convey Coffee Circle’s key brand messages to our audience
  • Develop design concepts that relate to our target group and oversee their execution, aligning with key internal stakeholders
  • Handle in-house production of design items and coordinate external production
  • Ensure creative alignment with our brand standards across all design elements
  • Report to our Head of Marketing and Revenue and work closely with our seven-person Marketing Team.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a design-related university program, such as Communication or Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field
  • Proficient in design software, with strong experience in InDesign and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with communication design and a developed eye for detail
  • Capable of transforming design requests into performant marketing assets
  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure designs align with our brand standards
  • Fluency in English and German (min. C1 level in both languages)
  • Ability to work on-site at our office in Berlin-Wedding. We expect working students to work at least once a week from our office.
