We are building a discovery team for the phase before the roadmap is fixed, where ideas are still vague and the right direction has not been chosen yet. You take rough ideas and messy customer problems and turn them into one tangible product direction a team can build. You lead discovery, build strong prototypes, and help teams decide what to build, test, change, or stop.</p>

<li data-section-id="1xdnhrs" data-start="878" data-end="1105"><strong data-start="880" data-end="914">Turn ideas into bold concepts.</strong> You think in bold ways and shape strong ideas from vague input. You are a sharp product thinker who knows what is worth building, and you design for the whole product, not separate features.</li>

<li data-section-id="1bmd09j" data-start="1106" data-end="1247"><strong data-start="1108" data-end="1133">Lead early discovery.</strong> You frame unclear problems and set hypotheses. You guide teams from first questions to a clear product direction.</li>

<li data-section-id="1rf03fa" data-start="1248" data-end="1426"><strong data-start="1250" data-end="1275">Facilitate alignment.</strong> You run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business. You bring the right people in at the right time.</li>

<li data-section-id="b9dt48" data-start="1591" data-end="1683">5-6+ years in product design, with strong discovery and design work to show.</li>

<li data-section-id="b9dt48" data-start="1591" data-end="1683">A portfolio of discovery-led case studies that show both strong thinking and high-quality design.</li>

<li data-section-id="b9dt48" data-start="1591" data-end="1683">Strong product thinking and collaboration across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business.</li>
