  • Continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve our product
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in fund finance, treasury tools, and accounting systems to identify new opportunities for innovation

About You

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, private markets, or back-office financial operations
  • Experience owning mission-critical, data-intensive product areas with high compliance or audit requirements
  • Proven ability to ramp up in complex financial domains
  • Demonstrated success in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent facilitation and collaborative skills
  • Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Passionate about simplifying complex workflows and enabling customers to do their best work
  • Domain understanding of fund mechanics (capital calls, LP notices, distributions, treasury, accounting, etc.) is a plus

Workplace & Benefits

  • Customizable benefits package (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more)
  • 28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidays
  • Remote-flexible hybrid setup
  • Up to 4 remote calendar weeks a year
  • A great tech and work setup
  • Work with a diverse team of 120+ bunchies from 40+ countries, with leaders who are best-in-class in their domains
