Aufgaben
Du bringst Kreativität, Drive und ein gutes Gespür für Content mit, wir bringen Dir das Handwerk und den Kontext bei. Du bekommst viel Raum, Dich weiterzuentwickeln. Erfahrung ist ein Plus – bei entsprechendem Track Record ist die Stelle auch mit 80% denkbar
- Du produzierst eigenständig Content für TikTok, Instagram und Facebook – vom Dreh über den Schnitt (z. B. CapCut, Canva) bis zum fertigen Post
- Du planst und pflegst unseren Redaktionsplan und terminierst die Veröffentlichung auf allen Kanälen
- Du entwickelst neue Content-Ideen und Storyline-Konzepte und optimierst laufend anhand der Performance
- Du übernimmst Community Management: Kommentare, Nachrichten, ehrlicher Dialog auf Augenhöhe
- Du baust unsere Online-Community aktiv auf und pflegst sie
- Du besuchst regelmäßig unsere Stores in Berlin und Hamburg, um dort vor Ort zu drehen
- Du arbeitest mit Creator:innen und Influencer:innen zusammen und bringst frische Formate ins Team
- Du recherchierst aktuelle Social-Media-Trends und testest neue Formate, bevor sie alle anderen entdecken
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
- Erste Erfahrung in Content-Erstellung für Social Media – eigener Kanal, Praktika oder Referenzprojekte zählen genauso wie klassische Stationen
- Du fühlst Dich vor und hinter der Kamera zu Hause und produzierst am liebsten selbst, statt nur zu briefen
- Gespür für Trends, Hooks und Storytelling auf TikTok und Instagram
- Von Vorteil: Du bist selbst Hunde- oder Katzenbesitzer:in und weißt, wovon Du sprichst
- Wohnhaft in Berlin
- Führerschein von Vorteil (Pool-Auto für die Store-Besuche) aber kein Muss
- Neugier, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
