Ihre Aufgaben
- Erschließung neuer Beschaffungsregionen außerhalb Chinas (Nearshoring, Friendshoring, Aufbau US-Fertigungsnetzwerk)
- Aktives Sourcing leistungsstarker Fertigungsbetriebe für komplexe Zeichnungsteile
- Remote-Bewertung neuer Partner (Technik, Maschinenpark, Zertifizierungen, Toleranzen)
- Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen und Aufbau langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
- KPI-Monitoring des Partner-Netzwerks inkl. Eskalation und Offboarding
- Aufbereitung von Partner-Daten für das interne Machine-Learning-Matching-System
Ihr Profil
- Technisches Verständnis: technische Zeichnungen lesen, Fertigungsverfahren bewerten (CNC, Guss, Schmieden)
- Erfahrung in der Erschließung ausländischer Märkte (Zoll, Logistik, lokale Besonderheiten)
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, sicher in komplexen Lieferverträgen (NDA, QSV)
- Analytisches Denken (Total Cost of Ownership statt reiner Teilepreis-Betrachtung)
- Hohe IT-/Daten-Affinität (Dashboards, strukturierte Lieferantendaten fürs ML-Matching)
- Idealerweise Wirtschaftsingenieur oder technischer Kaufmann
