Wir sind ein familiengeführtes Berliner TGA-Ingenieurbüro mit mehr als 40 Jahren Erfahrung im Bausektor mit dem Schwerpunkt Planung Technische Anlagen der KG 400 nach DIN 276.
Für unser Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen TGA-Projektleiter, der Projekte technisch und organisatorisch führt und perspektivisch eine fachliche Führungsposition im Unternehmen übernehmen kann.
Aufgaben
- eigenständige Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte
- Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Planungsfortschritt der Lph 1-8
- Koordination der TGA-Gewerke und Schnittstellen der KG 400
- zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Architektur, Projektsteuerung und Fachplaner
Qualifikation
- Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- fundierte mehrjährige Erfahrung in der TGA-Fachplanung
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Projekten und Projektteams
- gute Kenntnisse von HOAI, KG 400 nach DIN 276 sowie Planungs- und Bauabläufen in Deutschland
- sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Projektbeteiligten
- Verständnis für Kosten, Termine und wirtschaftliche Projektbearbeitung
